Our Tenants Know Your Rights Workshop will cover tenant protections at the state, county, and City of Long Beach levels, with a special focus on eviction and how to respond if you receive an eviction notice.

Our EDN staff will assume the roles of the landlord attorney or the judge/commissioner and provide you with an opportunity to role-play and practice these important speeches. This clinic is to provide walk-in support for your questions about your rights as a tenant, to help you better understand your rights and what legal options may be available to you.
